Sandeep Bansal

Sandeep Bansal has extensive experience in Environment, Health, Safety, and Governance (ESG & EHS) management, currently serving as General Manager - ESG & EHSA at Uno Minda from April 2021 to April 2025, where responsibilities also include heading Group ESG & EHS. Prior to this, Sandeep held the position of Country Head - Occupational Health, Safety & Environment Management at MAHLE Filter Systems India Pvt Ltd from April 2013 to November 2019, overseeing all business units. Sandeep's earlier roles include Deputy Manager - Environment, Health & Safety at ANDRITZ HYDRO from May 2009 to April 2013, where the focus was on establishing EHS systems and procedures, and Assistant Manager - Environment, Health & Safety at Escorts Construction Equipment Limited from June 2007 to April 2009, responsible for initiating the EHS department.
