Kym Shreeve

As Chief Executive Officer of Minda Incorporated, Kym is passionate about making a difference in the lives of people with disability.

Before starting at Minda in June 2019, Kym worked for two large disability service providers in both South Australia and interstate, where she drove the development and implementation of client quality, safety and wellbeing frameworks and systems, aligned with the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework.

Kym has also been a state Executive for the Department of Human Services in Victoria and has held Executive roles in Health in the public and private sectors, where she successfully led the design and delivery of innovative and person-centred services to deliver improved client outcomes.

Kym holds a Master of Business Leadership, a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management and a Bachelors of Business and has held Board Director roles. Kym is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and is highly experienced in strategic and operational leadership, business transformation and large-scale service delivery within the public, private and NFP sectors.
