Ramachandra Magadi

Ramachandra Magadi is the current CFO at Mindteck. Ramachandra has over 6 years of experience in finance and has previously worked as the Associate Finance Controller and Manager-Finance at Aegis Group.

Ramachandra is responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual books closure and conclusion of statutory audit. Ramachandra also played an active role in the formulation of incentive/commission policies, was pivotal in the formulation of annual budgets, and monitoring and reporting variances. Other responsibilities included preparation of Annual Reports and publication of financial results to the Stock Exchanges.

As the Associate Finance Controller, Ramachandra was responsible to build project pricing mechanism for sales pitches (new business opportunities) and analysis of project gross margins and reporting. Ramachandra assisted Project Management Office to build employee utilization report. MIS reporting is another key area that they were responsible for – this consisted of reporting and analysis of Consolidated Profit and Loss Statement and Consolidated Balance Sheet reporting at Group Level, cross-functional expense analysis, and Key Performance Indicators.

Ramachandra Magadi has a Chartered Accountancy from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Diploma in IFRS from ACCA.
