Luis Alberto Ortega

Luis Alberto Ortega has extensive experience in quality, health, safety, and environmental management, currently serving in a similar capacity at Cobre Panamá since September 2022. Prior to this role, Luis Alberto worked at J Cain & Co. from September 2020 to September 2022 focusing on environmental health and safety. Luis Alberto's earlier positions include overseeing health, safety, and environment at Do it Center from October 2018 to September 2020 and industrial safety and hygiene at Estrella Azul from January 2018 to October 2018. Luis Alberto holds a degree in Ingeniería en Prevención de riesgos, seguridad y ambiente from Universidad de Panamá.
