Leanne Shay

Leanne Shay is a Senior Curriculum Specialist at the Ministry of Education in the UAE, with extensive experience in educational roles spanning over two decades. Prior positions include Educator at Aldar Academies, Managing Director at Edvance Educational Specialists, and various roles at the Department of Education And Knowledge (ADEK) where responsibilities encompassed academic quality improvement and national curriculum development. Leanne also served as a Masters Student at United Arab Emirates University, focusing on Early Years Education as a scholarship recipient. Previous teaching roles include partnership and classroom teacher positions in educational settings in both the UAE and the UK, alongside a strong foundation in professional development, coaching, and quality assurance in teaching and learning.
