Randi Mølager

Randi Mølager has extensive experience in leadership and management across various sectors, particularly in public administration and cultural institutions. Currently serving in Forsvarsministeriet as an expat in the USA, Randi also holds roles as a censor in educational programs at Uddannelses- og Forskningsministeriet and as a board member of Ballet Arizona's Contemporary Council. Past positions include Centerchef for Leisure Management at Professionshøjskolen Absalon, where Randi led educational and research initiatives, and Development and Secretariat Leader in Slagelse Kommune, managing multiple strategic development areas. Randi's educational background includes a Master's in Management Development from Copenhagen Business School and a Master's in Political Science from University of Southern Denmark, among other qualifications in leadership and project management.
