Stephanie Sommers

Stephanie Sommers has over 20 years of experience in Adult Education, with the past 17 years dedicated to the Minneapolis Public Schools as an Adult Basic Education Instructor. In this role, Stephanie serves as the Adult Diploma Coordinator and Writing Curriculum Team Lead. Previously, Stephanie contributed as an ATLAS Consultant for Hamline University, focusing on soft skills training and standards integration, and as an Adjunct Instructor at St. Mary's University of Minnesota. Additional experience includes serving as an Adult ELL Instructor for Robbinsdale Public Schools Community Education and as a Regional Professional Development Coordinator for ATLAS at Hamline University. Stephanie's early career includes work at Koc University in the English Learning Center. Stephanie holds a Master of Education in Adult Basic Education and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature, both from the University of Minnesota.
