Ann Nyakundi

Ann Nyakundi is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in healthcare management and community health initiatives. Currently serving as the Executive Director under contract for the Minnesota Community Health Worker Alliance and as the Executive Director Services for Moyo Health, Ann previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at United Family Medicine from October 2019 to May 2023. Prior roles include Payer Relations Manager at Be The Match and Health Systems Manager at the American Cancer Society. Ann's career began with roles in grants management and nutrition education, underpinned by a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Medical Anthropology from the University of Michigan, complemented by executive education in Fundraising and Health Care Administration from the University of St. Thomas and the University of Minnesota, respectively.
