Kevin Western

Kevin Western is an experienced civil engineer with a extensive background in bridge design and management. Currently serving as a Bridge Support Engineer and State Bridge Engineer at the Minnesota Department of Transportation since April 2012, Kevin has notably managed the design of the St Croix River Crossing, a significant structure measuring over 5000 feet in length. Prior to this, Kevin held various engineering positions with the State of Minnesota from January 1987 to March 2012, focusing on bridge design. Kevin holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
