James Watts has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. James started their career at 3M as a Lead Software Engineer, where they led engineering efforts in the traffic control and medical device markets. James then joined Minnetronix, Inc. as a Principal Software Engineer, where they played a significant role in the startup company's development of FDA-compliant medical devices.

James returned to Federated Software Group as a Principal System Performance Engineer, where they served as the System Team Lead and Lead Engineer for performance analysis and improvements of customer databases, web servers, clients, and services. James later joined Tapestry Solutions as a Principal System Performance Engineer, excelling in a high-profile leadership role for performance analysis and improvements.

Having gained extensive experience, James returned to Minnetronix, Inc. as a Director of Software Engineering, overseeing the functional management of all software engineers involved in medical device development. James then served as the Epicor ERP Implementation Program Manager, planning and coordinating the integration of an ERP system into the company's operations.
