Paul Sacco is currently the Chief Development Officer at Mint House. Paul has nearly three decades of experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on business development, investor relations, and communications.

Sacco began their career in the early 1990s, working in various roles for Driftwood Capital. In 2020, they were promoted to Managing Director, Business Development & IR, overseeing Driftwood's hospitality funds.

In 2017, Sacco left Driftwood to join RLH Corporation as EVP, President of Global Development. Paul was responsible for leading RLH's team of development, retention, and marketing executives for all 8 of their hospitality brands/segments. Paul was also a key senior leadership member and named executive officer for the publicly traded company.

In 2013, Sacco joined TPG Hotels and Resorts as President & Chief Development Officer. TPG was a 65 hotel owner/operator with major brands such as Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, and IHG. Sacco was tasked with leading TPG's operating company strategy; brand and owner relations; existing asset retention; growth and development (acquisitions, joint ventures, new builds, management contracts); corporate mergers and acquisitions; marketing and public relations. Paul was also a member of Marriott/Starwood integration advisory board; AC Hotels advisory board; Moxy Hotels advisory board; Westin Hotels advisory board; Sheraton Hotels advisory board.

Sacco's experience and success in the hospitality industry has led him to their current role as Chief Development Officer at Mint House.

Paul Sacco's educational career began at Brown University, where they studied economics and business/economics. Paul then went on to earn a certification in hotel real estate investments and asset management from Cornell University. Finally, they attended The Sidwell Friends School.

Paul Sacco works with Jim Mrha - CFO, Ashby McElveen - Head of Acquisitions, and Eric Fifer - Head of Business Development. Their manager is William Lucas, Founder & CEO.
