Hollie Castro is the Head of People at Miro. Prior to their current position, they were the Chief Human Resources Officer & SVP, ESG at YETI, a Board Member at Good Fx, and the President at Castro Consulting Group.

Castro has over 15 years of experience in coaching and advising executives and teams from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups. Hollie has consulted with new EVP Sales teams through onboarding plans and new organizational structures, advised CHROs through lengthy shareholder activist processes, and created strategies to assist in stabilizing workforces and leadership teams. Hollie has also coached and advised numerous C-Suite executives through job transitions, assisted in target company strategies, interview preparations, and compensation negotiations.

Castro is a passionate advocate for employee development and engagement. Hollie is committed to helping organizations create positive, inclusive cultures where everyone can thrive.

Hollie Castro's educational career includes an International MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management, a Directorship Certified from the National Association Corporate Directors, a Certificate from the Coaches Training Institute, a Certificate in Italian from Università per Stranieri di Perugia, a B.A. in Interpreting: Italian & French from Marlboro College, French Studies from College Secondaire, Orbe, and Hotchkiss High.

They work with Justin Coulombe - CFO, Anna Boyarkina - Head of Workflows, and Varun Parmar - Chief Product Officer. Their manager is Andrey Khusid, Founder & CEO.
