Zhenya Loginov is the Chief Revenue Officer at Miro. Prior to joining Miro, Loginov served as the Chief Operating Officer at Segment from May 2016 to May 2019. At Segment, Loginov oversaw a global go-to-market team of 200+ people across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Partnerships. Loginov also served as an interim CFO for 1.5 years and built the key teams and processes — first budget, first audit, proper legal processes, first FP&A team, Analytics team, etc.

Before Segment, Loginov was the Head of User Operations and Head of the Austin Sales & Operations office at Dropbox from March 2013 to September 2015. At Dropbox, Loginov led a 100-person team (half outsourced) and launched and scaled the Austin Sales & Operations office from zero to 60 in a year.

Loginov's previous experience also includes Business Development & Strategy at eBay from June 2012 to March 2013 and Co-founder & CEO at an eCommerce startup from April 2010 to February 2012.

Zhenya Loginov has a MBA from Harvard Business School and a Master of Science in Mathematics from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
