Howard Goldstein

Howard Goldstein currently serves as the Head of New Product Development at Mission Lane since April 2021. Prior to this role, Goldstein held the position of Senior Director at Capital One from April 2012 to April 2020. Goldstein also worked as Director at Strayer University between October 2010 and March 2012 and as Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from November 2008 to October 2010. Earlier in their career, Goldstein served as Lead Engineer at the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Headquarters, managing nuclear engineering for 12 fast attack submarines, and as Submarine Officer aboard USS HARTFORD, where responsibilities included leading a team during various deployments. Goldstein holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics and Physics from Duke University.
