Pedro Cherry serves as Chairman, President, and CEO of Mississippi Power since March 2025. Previously, Pedro held dual roles as President and CEO of both Atlanta Gas Light and Chattanooga Gas from August 2020 to March 2025. Pedro's extensive career includes significant positions at Georgia Power Company, where responsibilities spanned customer service operations and management of over 5,000 employees. Additional roles at Southern Company and Mirant involved leadership in finance and international operations. Pedro holds a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Management, as well as a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, both from Auburn University.
