Kimberly Groom is an accomplished MSIS degreed librarian with a background in book publishing. Currently serving as the Assistant Director and Head of Technical Services at Missouri Western State University, Kimberly has previously held roles as a Publishing Sales Representative at W. W. Norton & Company and as an Inside Sales Representative at Ingram Library Services Inc. Kimberly's career began in bookselling at Barnes & Noble, Inc., and Kimberly has continued to develop her expertise through various positions in libraries and publishing. Kimberly earned a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Vanderbilt University and a Master of Library and Information Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
