Paul Palnau

Paul Palnau is an experienced telecommunications professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Vice President of Professional Services, PMO & Implementation Services for the Americas Region at Mitel, Paul leads the Project Management Office and implementation services, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Previous roles at Mitel include Regional Director of North America Field Services and Operations Manager, where Paul focused on customer satisfaction, cost control, and employee management. Prior to Mitel, Paul spent over a decade at Inter-Tel, progressing through various management positions, and also owned Custom Communication Concepts, a telecommunications installation company. Paul holds education from Stephen F. Austin State University.
