Liron Filiba

Liron Filiba is an accomplished Director of Operations at Mitiga since October 2021, where responsibilities encompass overseeing worldwide operations, managing a global facilities team, and coordinating HR and finance functions, including leading a significant office construction project in Tel-Aviv and managing welfare programs. Prior experience includes a tenure at IBM from April 2008 to October 2021, where Liron served as Israel Operations Manager, overseeing the operational management of 1,600 employees and a $10M annual budget, and as Operations Manager and Administration Team Leader, responsible for site operations at the Azrieli Tel Aviv site. Liron holds a Bachelor's degree in Musicology and Psychology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
