Ryoji Ogasawara

Ryoji Ogasawara has over three decades of experience in the engineering and management sectors of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, contributing significantly since joining the company in 1992. Currently serving as the Digital Service Team Manager in the Digital Innovation Group at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Compressor Corporation, Ryoji has held multiple key positions, including Engineering Manager in both the Production Division and Business Strategy Department, as well as Group Manager of the IT Planning Group. Ryoji's tenure includes serving as Acting Manager of Compression System Engineering and Chief Engineer for Compression Systems. Ryoji holds an Associate Degree in Engineering with a focus on Control Engineering from Matsue National College of Technology, obtained in 1992.
