Shiddhaarth Velamuri is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in banking and finance. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of IT Architecture, Data & Analytics, and Innovation for EMEA at Mizuho, Shiddhaarth also holds the role of Chief Architect and Managing Director for Mizuho Bank in the APAC region. Prior to this, Shiddhaarth spent over 16 years at Standard Chartered Bank, where the position of Chief Architect for the Corporate, Commercial and Institutional Banking (CCIB) division focused on transforming business capabilities and enhancing digital client experiences. Additional roles include Head Solutions Architect and Senior Enterprise Architect within financial markets at Standard Chartered, and earlier positions at American Express, SM Apparels Pvt. Ltd., and VETRI Software Limited. Shiddhaarth's academic credentials include a Master’s in Global Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and a Postgraduate Diploma in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning from Texas McCombs School of Business.
