Jennica Jonovich Start

Jennica Jonovich Start currently serves as the Coordinator of Partnership Activation for Major League Baseball, a position held since June 2024. Prior to this role, Jennica was an Account Executive for Corporate Partnerships & Premium Hospitality at the Cleveland Guardians from August 2021 to April 2024, where responsibilities also included business development. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer and Marketing Analyst at Nations Lending from July 2020 to April 2021, as well as a Marketing Intern at the Ohio Hotel & Lodging Association for a brief period in early 2020. Jennica obtained a Bachelor's degree in Strategic Communications from The Ohio State University College of Arts and Sciences and a minor in Business Administration and Management from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, both completed in 2020. Education was initiated at Council Rock High School North, graduating in 2016.
