Teus Groenewoud has worked in the software engineering industry since 2004. Teus began their career at Click Effects as the Director of Product Development and Senior Software Architect. In 2016, they joined ChyronHego, where they held the roles of Senior Software Architect, Senior Vice President of Product and Technology, Vice President of Product and Technology, Product Portfolio Manager of Graphics, and Product Manager of Click Effects. In 2021, they began working as a Staff Software Engineer for mmhmm.

Teus Groenewoud attended Hogeschool 's-Hertogenbosch from 1998 to 2002, where they studied Computer Science.
