Rene van Gelder

Rene van Gelder is an experienced product owner and business consultant specializing in customer service implementation and strategic advisory roles. Currently serving as the Product Owner for Customer Service at PGGM since July 2024 and at MN since July 2012, Rene has played a key role in enhancing customer experience through Pega Customer Service solutions across various channels. Previous roles include Safe Product Manager at MN, where responsibilities included developing a change roadmap for the Service Center Pensions, and multiple business analyst positions at Synobsys, Koopman International BV, and Syntrus Achmea, focusing on strategy alignment, business process management, and requirements management. Rene holds an Executive degree from Nyenrode Business University and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
