Dr Ali Azizan

Dr. Ali Azizan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational learning and development. Currently serving as the Senior Vice-President of HCM at MNRB Holdings Berhad, Dr. Azizan also operates a freelance consultancy since January 2015. Previous roles include Lead Facilitator at Mindspring Sdn Bhd and Director at ICLIF, where responsibilities included developing leadership curricula and overseeing program delivery. Dr. Azizan held the position of Executive Vice President at Maybank, focusing on the deployment of learning strategies across the organization, and served as General Manager at Telekom Malaysia, promoting continuous improvement and talent management. Dr. Azizan holds a PhD in Biochemistry from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and multiple degrees in Chemistry and Education from notable universities in the United States.
