Jeremy Black

Jeremy Black serves as the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at Mobileum since October 2025, where the role involves supporting over 1,000 Communications Service Providers across more than 180 countries in navigating industry challenges. Prior to this position, Jeremy Black held the titles of VP & Associate General Counsel and IP Counsel at Universal Electronics Inc. from May 2003 to October 2025. Earlier experience includes serving as an Associate at Liu & Liu LLP and as IP Counsel at Integrated Micromachines Inc. Jeremy Black holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and Philosophy from Westmont College and a Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law.
