Shilp Goswami

Shilp Goswami is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications and networking industry with over a decade of experience. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Delivery Manager at Mobileum since November 2013, Shilp is knowledgeable about GSMA’s Fraud and Security Group guidelines and has hands-on experience in delivering Signaling Firewalls, SMS Firewalls, and Safe Browsing/URL Scanners for mobile network signaling security. Prior experience includes roles as an NSS Engineer at Nokia Siemens Networks, where responsibilities involved configuring signaling links and routes, as well as a Project Engineer at Space Applications Centre, ISRO, focused on designing simulators using VHDL for Xilinx FPGA.
