Ania Fishman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and organizational development. As Chief of Staff for R&D at Mobileye since April 2022, Ania has demonstrated the ability to drive executive strategy and lead cross-functional teams, focusing on high-impact initiatives and enhancing organizational performance through improved processes. Previously, Ania served as Business Operations Manager at Intel Corporation from February 2011 to April 2022, where collaboration with diverse stakeholders ensured alignment with business goals and identified areas for growth. Ania holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Development from The Max Stern Yezreel Valley College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology & Human Services from the University of Haifa.
