Victor Belov

Victor Belov has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as CTO at MTS Group since January 2011 and previously holding various director roles within the company, including Director of Convergent and Transport Networks and Director of Backbone & Internet. Prior to MTS Group, Victor worked at OJSC "COMSTAR-UTS" from August 2004 to December 2010, where as CTO and Director of Service Platforms & Networks, Victor led the technical strategy for Russia's largest broadband service provider and launched the country's first commercial IPTV and VoD services. Earlier career roles include CTO at OJSC "BSB," where Victor established a startup virtual broadband service provider, and CTO at ZENON N.S.P., focusing on broadband access and hosting services. Victor began in telecommunications as a network engineer at Teleport-TP and holds a degree from the Moscow State Institute of Radio Engineering, Electronics and Automation.
