Daifallah Alzahrani

Daifallah Alzahrani is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in organizational development and human resources management. Currently serving as the Head of Organizational Development at National Medical Care since August 2024, Daifallah oversees HR functions and aligns them with strategic objectives. With a long tenure at Mobily, Daifallah held various roles, including HR Strategy Director and HR Metrics & Analytics Principal, where initiatives focused on HR strategy, digital transformation, and performance management. Previous experience includes leading the HR function at another organization, managing outpatient operations at King Faisal Specialist Hospital, and providing administrative support as an Executive Secretary. Daifallah holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and an Associate's Degree in HR from CIPD.
