SVP of Ops Excellence at MOD Pizza

Amy Masterson is the current SVP of Ops Excellence at MOD Pizza. Prior to their current position, Amy was the Chief Operating Officer at Little Beet Table from September 2019 to July 2021. During their time at Little Beet Table, Amy was responsible for the operation of 11 fast-Casual Little Beet locations and two fine dining Little Beet Table locations in Midtown Manhattan and Washington DC.

Under Amy's leadership, the company saw improved engagement and team morale due to their championing of the people value proposition and career path. Amy also created a scalable organizational structure that provided meaningful work while meeting current business goals and targets. Additionally, Amy led the formation of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Plan and for brand and team.

Amy's innovative thinking also led to the development of operating standards to create a sustainable approach for long-term growth. Amy also directed innovation of menu ingredients to positively impact operational procedures which improved unit and brand level COGs and positively impacted team member work.

Due to their impressive work at Little Beet Table, Amy was awarded Restaurant Business's "The Future 50" for 2020, #7 on Fishbowl's Annual Emerging Brands 2020. Little Beet Table made CIA-FST Plant Forward Full-Service Watch List for 2020 and was selected for cover and title article for January 2021 QSR magazine.

Amy Masterson has a MA from Brandeis University in Near Eastern/Judaic Studies/Middle Eastern Theirtory and a BACHELOR OF ARTS from Lewis & Clark College in INTERNATIONAL AFFAIRS; Asian and Middle Eastern Studies.

They are on a team with Dayna Eberhardt - CPO, Becky Mulligan - SVP of Operations, and Kevin Petrisko - SVP of Store Development. Their manager is Scott Svenson, CEO.
