Prior experience includes over two decades at Novartis, where Toni held roles such as Enterprise Process Global Lead for Order to Cash and Mature Products Spain Franchise Head, successfully managing significant sales portfolios and leading global teams to improve customer experience through advanced systems. Early career roles involved operations leadership at TNT Bertola and DHL, focused on enhancing logistics and distribution processes. Toni's educational background encompasses an MBA from Esade, CPIM & CSCP certifications from APICS, and a Master’s in e-logistics from Universitat Ramon Llull.
