Archana Narwani serves as the Group Executive Director (Acting) and Director of Strategy & Transformation at Modon, starting in January 2024. Previously, Archana held the position of Vice President Corporate Strategy and Head of Corporate Strategy at Abu Dhabi Airports from April 2019 to January 2024. Between November 2017 and April 2019, Archana was the Head of Programme Management at Dubai Airports, contributing to strategic program delivery for one of the busiest airports globally. Additional experience includes roles as Associate Director at HKA, Senior Manager in Advisory at EY, Manager of Strategy and Planning at Ejadah, and Assessor for the Dubai Quality Award. Archana began a career as an Electrical Engineer intern at Technomight LLC after earning a B.Eng (Hons) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and later an MBA in Strategy and Finance from Cass Business School.
