Sales software company Modus has named David Kriss as its new Head of Customer Experience. Mr. Kriss will join the company’s senior leadership team, with responsibility for its Solutions Engineering, Solution Implementation and Customer Success teams.

Mr. Kriss comes to Modus with more than 20 years of experience in value-based customer engagement. With expertise in sales, marketing and operations sectors, Mr. Kriss has held senior roles with Seismic, SAVO, and Verizon, and has also run his own sales enablement advisory service.
