Jennis Thomas

Jennis Thomas is a seasoned professional in organizational development and talent management, currently serving as the Manager of OD Learning and Engagement at Moffitt Cancer Center since November 2022. Prior to this role, Jennis was the Director of Talent and Organizational Development at Vector Solutions, where oversight of talent management was provided for a rapidly growing software company with over 800 employees. Jennis's extensive experience includes a tenure as Director of Organizational Effectiveness at TCS - Time Customer Service, Inc., where significant contributions were made to individual and organizational capacity building, alongside advising leadership and implementing talent development initiatives for 750 leaders and frontline employees. Jennis began the career as a Client Support Account Manager, fostering relationships between Time Inc. magazine clients and TCS. Jennis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of Florida.
