Christian Block

Christian Block brings more than 30 years of global gaming and international leadership experience to Mohegan Gaming & Entertainment (MGE), with expertise turning around development operations and creating new integrated resort properties in destinations such as Europe, the Middle East and Asia. As regional president for MGE, Block is responsible for properties in Niagara Falls, Canada and Korea, and supports the company’s future investments. In addition, Block ensures the day-to-day compliance and regulatory controls are met within MGE properties, while ensuring the “Mohegan Way” into all properties he oversees.

Prior to MGE, Block was executive vice president at Landing Entertainment Korea, where he led the opening of a new casino with 155 table games and was responsible for all operational and marketing departments within the company, as well as the CEO of Les Ambassadeurs Casino in London for nearly five years before that. Block was also Managing Director of Opus Gaming, a B2B provider of online gaming, where he led the well-established B2B software provider in Manila. In addition, Block was responsible for overseeing 10 properties in the United Kingdom and two in Cairo as vice president of EMEA Operations for Caesars Entertainment Corporation. He resides in Las Vegas, Nevada with his wife and kids.
