Angel Schanzenbach has extensive experience in maintenance and production roles within the food industry, currently serving as Supervisor de Mantenimiento at Molino Cañuelas SACIFIA since May 2021. Previously, Angel held positions such as Jefe de Mantenimiento at Abrantes S.A. and Jefe de Producción y Mantenimiento at Productos Pilar S.A. From September 2003 to May 2019, Angel worked at Grupo Bimbo, specializing in the maintenance of continuous process lines.
