Customer Operations Specialist at MoLo Solutions

Gabrielle Simpson has a diverse work experience. Gabrielle started their career as a Seasonal Sales Associate at Bath & Body Works in 2016 and later worked as a Tanning Consultant at Bayside Tan. In 2017, they joined William Wesley Salon & Day Spa as a Guest Relations Coordinator. Gabrielle also served as an Executive Committee Member at Alpha Phi International Fraternity from 2017 onwards. In 2018, they worked as a Keyholder at Sun Tan City. Gabrielle then joined MoLo Solutions in 2021, where they held various positions including Carrier Sales Representative, Customer Operations Representative, and currently works as a Customer Operations Specialist.

Gabrielle Simpson earned their Bachelor's degree in Communication, General from the University of Iowa from 2017 to 2021. In addition, they obtained certifications in Sales: Closing Strategies from LinkedIn in March 2021 and CPR/AED/First Aid from Cadence Academy Preschool in January 2021.
