Camille Candelino has a diverse work experience in the beauty industry. Camille started their career at Elizabeth Arden in 2003, where they held the positions of Regional Sales Manager and Corporate Training Director. As the Regional Sales Manager, they successfully increased retail sales revenue within their territory and built strong relationships with key retailers. In their role as the Corporate Training Director, they introduced a progressive training program for beauty consultants, restructured territory alignment and sales objectives, and strengthened communication between departments. In 2010, they were promoted to the position of Director of Training & Education for North America at Elizabeth Arden, where they achieved company vision and retail sales goals through strategic sales and education strategies. Camille also implemented a cutting-edge mobile education platform to enhance student engagement and improve brand awareness. In 2020, they joined Kose America as a Sales and Education Consultant, where they established new AI and VR technology and analysis for Decorte' and Jill Stuart brands. Currently, Camille is working as a Sales Specialist at Molton Brown.

Camille Candelino has an Associate's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Southern New Hampshire University.
