Karen Budell is the Vice President of Brand Marketing at Momentive. Karen has over 20 years of experience in marketing and branding, and has been with Momentive for the past two years. Prior to their current role, they were the Chief Marketing Officer at Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University Chicago. In their role at Momentive, they have been responsible for driving the corporate initiative to reposition and rebrand SurveyMonkey to Momentive Global Inc. (Nasdaq: SVMK to MNTV) to support expanded product portfolio and growth of enterprise market research solutions. Karen has also provided strategic guidance and direction to cross-functional workstreams (marketing, product, engineering, design, HR, IT, legal, and communications). Additionally, they oversee research, brand strategy, brand creative and design, messaging and positioning, website development & site copy and design, creative development and campaign strategy for Momentive brand launch on June 9, 2021.

Karen Budell has an MBA in Marketing from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago as well as a B.A. in Comparative Arts & Literature, Architecture from Washington University in St. Louis. Karen also has a Postgraduate Diploma with Merit in Journalism from the London School of Journalism. In addition, they have certification from Totango in Totango Creator: Journey Builder.
