Tatiana E. Hernandez

Tatiana E. Hernandez, MS, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the National Director of Human Resources at Café Momentum, where responsibilities include developing HR strategies aligned with business objectives and overseeing talent acquisition and retention. Previously, Tatiana was the Senior People Operations Lead at CivicActions, advising senior management on organizational issues and leading an Annual Review training initiative. As Human Resources Manager at the NYC Administration for Children's Services, Tatiana enhanced team performance and managed employee grievances. Tatiana also held the role of Human Resources Operations Manager at the NYC Department of Youth & Community Development, where procedures and best practices were established, and previously worked at the City of New York as an Office Manager, improving employee relations. Tatiana holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Mercy University, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The College of New Rochelle, and an Associate of Arts in Psychology from LaGuardia Community College.
