Sonia La Fauci is currently employed at Momentum Bioscience Ltd as a Senior Development Scientist. Prior to this position, Sonia worked at Koska LTD as an Assistant Restaurant Manager. Sonia has a Master of Science degree in Food Science from London Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Università degli Studi di Messina.
