Denise Rodriguez

Denise Rodriguez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management and visual merchandising. Currently serving as a Credentialing Coordinator at Momentum for Health since April 2025, Denise previously worked as a Visual and Operations Manager at The Container Store from September 2022 to April 2025. In this role, Denise led store operations, set sales goals, and managed payroll for the San Francisco district. Prior experience includes over 14 years at Gap Inc. in various roles, including Operations Project Manager focused on employee engagement and customer experience across multiple countries, and Marketing Specialist overseeing visual merchandising for over 250 Banana Republic Factory stores. Denise began a career in visual merchandising as a Visual Specialist at Banana Republic from July 1998 to April 2006, where Denise excelled in executing in-store standards and district leadership in visual coaching.
