Tal Franco is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, onboarding, and implementation within the SaaS industry. Currently a Senior Implementation Consultant at monday.com since October 2021, Tal previously served as a Senior Customer Success Onboarding Manager at Verbit.ai, where responsibilities included ensuring successful customer onboarding and leading product implementation projects. Earlier roles included SaaS Customer Success Team Lead at Playbuzz, where Tal increased revenue significantly, and various managerial positions at Matomy and Optimatic Media, focusing on video partnerships and account management.
