Shiran Mund

Shiran Mund possesses extensive experience in project management and customer success, currently serving as a Partner Project Manager at monday.com since December 2020, after previous roles as a Senior and Scale Customer Success Manager within the same company. Prior to that, Shiran worked at Qmarkets from 2016 to 2020 as a Customer Success Manager, leading account onboarding for large enterprises. Additional experience includes serving as an Operations PMO at HP, where process optimization and budget control were key responsibilities, and as a Process & Product Quality Assurance professional at IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries, focusing on ERP SAP system implementation. Shiran holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Tel Aviv University, completed in 2016.
