David Nicol

David Nicol is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors, including energy, infrastructure, and consumer goods. Currently serving as the Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee at ACEN Corporation since April 2025, Nicol has been pivotal in advancing sustainable energy initiatives in the Asia Pacific region. Previously, Nicol held the position of Chief Strategy Officer and business advisor at Monde Nissin Corporation, contributing significantly to the company's successful IPO. With a background that includes serving as Executive Director, EVP, and CFO at Metro Pacific Investments Corporation, and CEO roles in various organizations, Nicol has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, financial oversight, and operational leadership. Nicol began a professional career as a Chartered Accountant with PwC and holds a B.Sc. Hons in Operational Research from Lancaster University.
