Bianca Ribas

Bianca Ribas is a skilled Project Engineer at Mondelēz International, with experience in managing projects in the Chocolate, Gums & Candies, and Dry Mix sectors since December 2018. Bianca has successfully delivered numerous projects, including the first Instantaneous Startup project at the Curitiba plant and several key initiatives in chocolate and G&C. In addition to engineering responsibilities, Bianca leads the Enedina initiative to empower women in technical fields and actively participates in various committees focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Previous roles include an Administrative Assistant managing training and development processes in the TPM area, as well as internships in quality control within the chemical industry. Bianca holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Industrial Project Engineering.
