Elaine Victoria Pineda

Elaine Victoria Pineda, CIE, currently serves as a Supply Planner in the SEA Adoption Governance and Supply Planning department at Mondelēz International since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Bayer as a Rapid Response Project Manager and Interim Functional Lead overseeing Supply Coordination for Pharma and Consumer Health Division in Malaysia and Singapore from December 2020 to January 2023. Elaine also worked as a Senior Expert Supply Coordination and Supply Planning Analyst at SC Johnson, where responsibilities included regional planning of finished goods and purchase requisitions for various countries from October 2017 to December 2020. Earlier positions include Demand Planner at Zuellig Pharma and Materials Planner at Ramcar Group of Companies. Elaine is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at De La Salle University, having previously earned a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Adamson University.
