Ivaylo Naydenov is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the food industry. Previously, they held roles at Mondelēz International, where they served as General Manager and Vice President and Managing Director for South-Central Europe, as well as CEO of Chipita Global. Prior to those positions, Naydenov worked at Kraft Foods Group as Director of Marketing and Director of Sales. They earned a Master’s degree in Engineering from Sofia University of Technology between 1988 and 1993.
