Nicolò Gabriel

Chris Nicol is an experienced Electrical Engineer currently employed at SMART Technologies since July 2010, contributing to a cross-functional team that develops collaborative solutions, including hardware for DViT interactive whiteboards and educational devices. Previously, Chris held the position of Firmware Engineer at the same company, where firmware and diagnostic tools were developed for similar products. Prior experience includes working as an Electronics Contractor for the Science Alberta Foundation, a Teaching Assistant at the University of Calgary, and an Electronics Engineer at Grindcom, focusing on control systems for forestry equipment. Chris holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology.
