Web chat company Moneypenny has added four new executives to its team in senior positions. Michael Jester has been named as VP of US Operations, while Tim Konrad is the new Head of US Sales for both Moneypenny and recently acquired sister company VoiceNation. Sheila Davidson has been promoted to become VP of US Operations at VoiceNation, and Eric Schurke has also been promoted to the position of CEO North America.

Mr. Jester brings nearly 20 years of sales and customer service experience to Moneypenny. He most recently served as Director of Managed Services for LivePerson, where he oversaw 12 percent annual growth in new customers for no additional cost. In his new role, he will oversee all day-to-day operations for Moneypenny in the U.S..
Mr. Konrad is an experienced sales executive within the IT and transportation industries, whose last position was as Director of Business Development at Granite Telecommunications. He will lead Moneypenny's U.S. sales team, and be responsible for scaling revenues in line with the company’s growth plans.
Ms. Davidson has been a dedicated Human Resources Director at VoiceNation for the last eight years. She will oversee the day to day operations of VoiceNation and Moneypenny, including human resources functions.
Mr. Schurke has been with VoiceNation for more than 10 years, most recently as Vice President of Operations. In his new role, he will be responsible for achieving planned growth targets for both Moneypenny and VoiceNation in the U.S..
